Each term I build up the difficulty of the activities and by 2nd term will add in a blank page to glue a maths sheet or another activity as needed (flexible). Each group has 9 pages and it is either bound or stapled into a landscape booklet. I colour code the different groups to make it simple to find the correct books and make up spelling test books in the same colour.
