Weekly Behavior Notes
This is the weekly behavior note that I send home with students. I color in the circle to indicate what color the student ended up on for that day from my Behavior Clip Chart. If a student is green or below, a leave a quick note of the behaviors that the student exhibited to land on that color. If a student gets to orange or red then further actions, notes or call home will occur.

This is an excellent resource for classroom management, student accountability, and early intervention. I typically print a stack with the student names and dates blank to keep on hand. I will often pass these out before the end of the class period as we are preparing to leave.
