These tracking charts list all of the 3rd grade math standards with enough room for any notes under the standard and an empty column to the left for your students' names. 3rd Grade Desk Name Plates
This is an EDITABLE Power Point file. You must have Power Point to use this file. Once you download the file, you will need to insert a textbox so you can add your students' names to the name plates.
On these name plates you will find many useful math-related items for your students to refer to throughout the entire year. I tried to include the things I find my students struggling with the most. Those things include:

Cornell Notes Dot and Graphing Template (Editable)
This template is similar to my free Cornell notes template, however instead of a field to write down notes there is an area filled with dots that can be used to create graphs or shapes. Like other Cornell notes, it still contains the left-hand column to generate extra thoughts and a summary section on the bottom.
