I have found this method of keeping track of my sessions data and notes to be the best method for me. It easy to access from any computer (when using google drive), as well as share spreadsheet with other team members to keep them informed on how the student is doing. This is a letter I typically send home with a draft copy of the IEP 3 days prior to the actual IEP meeting. It allows parents/guardians to understand this is just a draft copy and not the final.
