Tech Theater Class "Build Sheet"

A simple one-page form that lets me communicate what materials, lengths, dimensions, and other instructions are needed to build something in our theater scene shop! I often use the blank back of the sheet for sketches, pictures, or other visual instructions. Best part is I can often write out one sheet, copy it, and hand it to everyone in a group so they ALL know what they're supposed to be doing.
