I love zebra print and my girls love being recognized for being on the honor roll. I use this with my middle school girls but it can be used for all students. You can even change it to perfect attendance, team player, etc. The file is editable so play around with it!

This is designed on a four day rotation and uses pictures instead of words so it can even be used with kindergarteners. It has posters to go with it for the teacher as well.
I print them on cardstock and laminate them. Then I put them in a sheet protecter in a folder they carry around to keep their center work in. I use them over again each year.

This behavior management system is based on an economy checkbook system.
