95% Assessment Data Spreadsheet
This assessment tracker is specifically designed for the Core Phonics Program 95%. It is set up with the points for each of the 6 assessments throughout the year for 2nd grade. Each assessment has it's own sheet. It is color coded to show you quickly how students are performing on individual tasks within the 95% assessment as well as the assessment as a whole. This can be used for other grade levels, you would just need to change the total points columns.

Substitute behavior rubric
This is a rubric that was created for our school for each teacher to give to a substitute. The principal can come in a check in on the rubric and how it's going through the school day, and this also gets turned into the office at the end of the day so that any misbehavior with the sub can be handled appropriately. This has been very helpful in dealing with students misbehaving with subs. Our subs also feel supported, and it has helped us to keep good subs coming back to our building.
