Learning an Instrument
This is a little powerpoint I put together to help my students stay true to their instrument goals and to help me keep track of it all for easy access. It also helps them to see other student's goals because it keeps them accountable for what they are learning as well as challenges them to reach for goals they may not have otherwise tried. It is also good for them because they can ask students with similar goals if they want to learn with them, or create a band. My 6th graders LOVED it.

I created this behavior sheet to meet the needs of many of my students who need a visual to stay on task. You can change the text, edit the goals, add your own fun fonts, borders, or clip art. This behavior chart has worked for almost all of my students. I like to make it a bit simpler for the younger students with fewer goals.

Behavior Plan Point Sheet
This is a point sheet that I used with one of my students to help eliminate two target behaviors during class. It seemed to work well most days. It is broken down into segments of the day which of course you can adjust to reflect your personal schedule. I feel as if these two target behaviors are common but they can be easily adjusted for a particular student to reflect their behaviors.
