This behavior goal chart may be helpful for a student who is struggling to meet classroom goals. Create goals specific to the student's needs and set up a reward that they will be motivated to earn! Rewards can be special items/activities that take place at school, such as visiting the playground at the end of the day or playing with a special toy, or at home with their grown-ups! Use this weekly Log to communicate with parents how their child's morning and afternoon were. What they need to continue working on in regards to behavior and any extra comments from teacher at the bottom.
