This is a basic color coded 8 period lesson planning form for teachers to use to plan their weekly lessons in the middle or high school level classroom. The headings are left blank so that the teacher may type or write in the names and times of each period they teach. Each page has a number of gaps to be filled with stars/stickers, once one Merit section has been filled, they move onto the next Merit section.
