Data Collection Spreadsheet
Use this document to keep in the front of my data binder. This spreadsheet will make meetings, conferences, and data chats a breeze with the information at your fingertips.
I used this data collection form to record SRI levels, standardized test levels, and running record levels. The columns can be edited for any other tool that you use to measure growth.
How to use:
Record the names of the students down the left hand column of the document.

This file has a newsletter template for every school month and a calendar template for every month. There are also three pages for parties, field trips, and back to school. The backgrounds are secured and cannot be edited. The text boxes and tables can be edited, though.

Owl Newsletter Template
This template was created in Microsoft Word and uses graphics from 3am Teacher (http://the3amteacher.blogspot.com). The font used is LD String Bean. If you do not have this font, the template with not open correctly. The font is free to download, using a google search. It is 100% editable and can be changed to meet the needs of the teacher. As is, the newsletter contains a section for the date, notes, weekly curriculum, important dates, and spelling lists.
