Use this to help combine CHAMPS and a color system for behavior. This spread sheet helps you keep track of CHAMPS rules not being followed. Keep a copy on your clip board throughout the day. As a warning is giving a tally is added to the appropriate letter. After 3 tallies on the same letter there is a color change. No tallies equals purple or whatever color is as good as it gets. !
