This is an excel file which can be modified by changing the target behaviors. This behavior sheet contains space for 10 students. I use this sheet to collect IEP behavior data for classroom rules including: follow directions, respect, outburst, complete work, and ontask behavior. These are great sheets for collecting data in an EBD classroom.
Hello! Thank you for checking out my Positive Behavior chart. I really enjoy creating different ways to help my students with positive supports! These charts have the big '5' classroom rules and a few customizable charts. Please let me know what you think! Keep an eye out for many more additions in the future. If you have suggestions on what you would like to see, let me know! Thank you! Wil
I created this file to help me keep writing data for my students with IEPs. I have students with writing goals and need to keep samples of their writing. This file is a PDF.
This is an word file, which can be modified for your specific purpose, helps student keep track of students independent reading. I sometimes modify it to fit literary elements such as theme, figurative language, or main idea and supporting details. I use this as a weekly reading and writing tracker. I give participation points and anecdotal IEP writing data for special education students. If you enjoy this please leave good feedback!
Thanks
I created this for my EBD classroom. This is a daily goal setting and reflection template for the students journal. They paste it into their journal or turn it into the teacher everyday. It has designated boxes and pre-written instructions to help guide the student.
This product features a PowerPoint presentation explaining THEME. I used this with a 9th grade English class, but could easily work for 5-12 grades. The lesson includes a warm-up activity, link to video on theme, group practice, independent practice, and an exit-slip activity. Teachers may change the PowerPoint to better serve their needs, and also include the classroom text and page number on slide #4.
I create this story to help a student with autism make better language choices when upset. We review the story when they are calm and practice the strategies.
I have created a weekly log for my students to record what they are reading as well as providing a summary. While they are reading I circulate the room and conference with students and give them a stamp if they are on task. I use this to help with my formative assessment.
This is a graphic organizer for students to develop place value knowledge. I use three dice to find the number and have students draw representations of the place value.
