I created this file to help me keep writing data for my students with IEPs. I have students with writing goals and need to keep samples of their writing. This file is a PDF.

I created this for my EBD classroom. This is a daily goal setting and reflection template for the students journal. They paste it into their journal or turn it into the teacher everyday. It has designated boxes and pre-written instructions to help guide the student.

This product features a PowerPoint presentation explaining THEME. I used this with a 9th grade English class, but could easily work for 5-12 grades. The lesson includes a warm-up activity, link to video on theme, group practice, independent practice, and an exit-slip activity. Teachers may change the PowerPoint to better serve their needs, and also include the classroom text and page number on slide #4.

I have created a weekly log for my students to record what they are reading as well as providing a summary. While they are reading I circulate the room and conference with students and give them a stamp if they are on task. I use this to help with my formative assessment.

This PDF has examples with 2 digit, 3 digit, and 4 digit dividend with a 1 digit divisor.
