Children like feedback on how they are doing, and as adults it's easy to let children when they are not doing what they are supposed to, but it's hard to remember to let them know when they are doing well. I developed this to work with children who need reminders to have good behavior, to make sure that I let them know they are doing a good job and to give them something tangible to work for.
