Weekly Behavior Chart
This editable weekly behavior chart allows students and teachers to set two goals to focus on for the week and decide upon a reward for reaching their goal 7 or more times. I have always called it Check In/Check Out, as the student checks in with the teacher periodically throughout the day to discuss the choices they have been making. Basic Smiley Face Behavior Chart

This is an editable behavior chart that allows you to customize your students' behaviors rather easily. It is a 7x8 table that the days of the week are listed at the top of each column while the lead cell in the the row is an empty box that you can type in the target behavior or behaviors that you are working on that day/week. The eighth row is left blank for comments and/or signatures.

Kindergarten Behavior System
This is the behavior system I used when I taught kindergarten to reinforce good behavior. I sent this document home to parent in the beginning of the year and explained how I use sticker charts and the alphabet to implement good behavior in the classroom.
