Self-Reflection Participation Rubric
I use this self-reflection participation rubric on a weekly basis. Each Friday, my students self-reflect on their behavior and participation for the past week. They also write a glow (something they did well) and a grow (something they can improve upon). This can be printed as two to a page, in order to save on paper and ink.

Basic Articulation Rubric
Super basic articulation rubric for kids to monitor each other and themselves when speaking. I usually do this a few times a year. Each student fills out a form on each speaker and one about themselves. These print 2 per page and could easily be laminated and reused. (Sample activities would be having the student report on menus from restaurants, tell how to do something, retell a story, or describe a picture scene.)
