This is a worksheet that I created that enables students to take ownership over their MAPS scores, and encourage them to make growth. Using this worksheet, students set goals for themselves to achieve throughout the year in both reading and math. Additionally, students can monitor their growth throughout the year to see if they have achieved their goal.

Encourage them to try different methods of practice, not just basic flashcards.
