In my 2nd grade classroom, we use this chart to track our compliments we earn from school staff members. When a staff member compliments our class (walking quietly in the hall, wink wink!!!), we add a sticker. If the principal compliments the class, they earn 2 stickers! Once the whole chart full, the class earns a reward. In the past, our rewards have been extra GoNoodle time, buddy coloring time, and in some cases even a movie. Enjoy!

By writing it down, you can see what you've already complimented them on and not repeat yourself the next time. The TP stands for Teaching Point- this is the one point you want to teach them during your conference. it's important to only teach them one thing during a conference so tha
