I have created a template to help organize students' usernames and passwords for various computer programs that they use in the classroom. I have included a cover, which would be an excellent accent for a blue/green, ocean themed, or under the sea themed classroom. You could print these on card stock and make them into a booklet and store near student computers, or you could have students glue these into their notebooks.
I hope these will help to keep your students organized while they work on

These sheets are fantastic for students that are always forgetting their passwords to the many programs that all of their different classes use! We make one of these for each of our students at the beginning of the year, and laminate them on colorful paper so they are easy to keep up with.
