I recently created a family/student satisfaction survey. I'm going to send it home to my families as a check-in to see how their feeling about school, now that it's more than halfway into the school year. I think it would be a great way to see how they (parents and students) are feeling about school and to get some ideas on how to continue to grow as a teacher. This creates a very valuable source of feedback that encourages self-reflection as a teacher.

Fortnightly Planning Template/Outline/Draft
I use this template to jot down my main plan for the fortnight. I print it out and write down my ideas etc. using pen and paper! I find it helps me get an outline and plan created before I go and type up my actual Fortnightly Plan!
