This is the course outline that I use for my Common Core Geometry Courses.
If you are interested in using my material, this will show you the flow of the course to completely cover the NYS Curriculum for Common Core Geometry.

21st Century Math Projects by Topic Chart
I have experimented with different ways to make my 21st Century Math Projects more searchable and clear. Although a title like "Cost of Smoking" is descriptive of the interdisciplinary content, it isn't clear what topics are being taught. I have tried to make a Common Core alignment chart, but now with well over 100 projects that became too much to see visually. I have mapped each project to the CCSS on the TPT.

I use this form in my classes to allow students to retest on a major grade or project. Our school policy is to allow students to retest for up to a 75 up to 5 days after receiving their major grade. This is a word document so you can change the requirements to match your classroom & school policies.

"I Can..." Statements for TN SPIs 6th Grade Math
This is a PowerPoint that contains "I Can..." statements that translates the TN state SPIs for 6th grade math into student friendly wording. Basic Facts: Recommended Order List
This is the recommended order that the basic addition and subtraction facts should be taught.
I have PowerPoints that teach each set of these basic facts conceptually. You control animations with clicks of the mouse. These Powerpoints build mental pictures of the facts by using ten frames and number lines. They provide immediate feedback to your students because you control when the answer is shown...right after they give their answer.
