I created this project as a way to keep my students engaged at the end of the school year. The activity requires them to pull from concepts learned throughout the year. The concepts include systems of equations, ratios and percents, area and perimeter. Students were required to make a menu for a themed restaurant. Specific instructions for this are included in the zip file. I have also included a 'rubric' for the menu. I graded the menu on a scale of 100, and counted it as a quiz score.
