This is a daily warm up calendar math activity that I have my students complete as the bell rings for class to begin.
It is designed in the program SMART NOTEBOOK which you must have to use this! I use this file on a non-SMART Board screen, so it will work on any surface as along as you have the program!

This Smart Notebook contains 200 Problems of the Day (PODs) to help Junior High School students prepare for the High School Entrance Exams (HSPT, COOP, ISEE, SSAT).

How I Teach Finding Mean, Median, Mode, Range, and Outliers
This is a 70 page Smartboard file covering Central Tendency. The students are given definitions for Mean, Median, Mode, Range, and Outlier. They are also taught how to find each when given a list of numbers. There are plenty of practice pages for each and all include answers. Introduction to Writing Proofs
This Smart Notebook Minilesson introduces students to writing a proof by using solving methods they are already familiar with. The lesson begins with a warm up problem of solving a two step equation.
