At our high school, we only report attendance once every morning, instead of at the beginning of each block. So, in an effort to keep track of student absences, excused notes, and make-up work, I keep attendance for each class. This template is customizable and you can easily see where you are in the 9-week cycle. Click the 2nd 9 Weeks tab at the bottom to get the sheet for the second 9 weeks. It's also a GREAT tool to use at parent conferences when they try to argue the issue of attendance.
