This flipchart demonstrates both transcription and translation for high school biology. The original strand of DNA is quite long (about 40 bases), but you can model as much or as little of it as you would like. The translation page allows you to match a tRNA to a codon and make a chain of amino acids. I usually use this as I teach protein synthesis and as a review.
