My students take notes during the audio book of Rush Revere and the Brave Pilgrims. They use those notes to answer the Quest questions. I show the text on the document camera and play the audio book. It takes about 30 minutes per chapter so sometimes I only do half the chapter's reading (hence the part 1 & part 2 of certain chapters) for time sake.
