This is a really fun idea for any stage as you can edit the questions to increase difficulty or decrease.
I'll be making more for just addition, just subtraction, multiplication and division soon. If this all goes well :) Please provide some feedback or ideas.

This resource can help students who have a hard time memorizing the benchmark fractions and their corresponding decimal andpercent. Fractions included are: 1/2, 1/3, 2/3, 1/4, 3/4, 1/5, 2/5, 3/5, 4/5, 1/6, 1/8, 1/10, and 1/12.
This purchase includes an activity sheet for students to define the meaning of polygons and other words with the same prefixes and a quiz. The student recording sheet follows the PowerPoint I created for polygon prefixes, which is also available on my store. However, you do not have to purchase the PowerPoint in order to use this activity sheet. You could have your students research the words independently or in small groups to determine the meanings. Fractions can be hard! I gave these to my kiddos and put them in clear paper protector sheets. They were allowed to use them during test andquizzes. Totally helped their understanding of it!
