This Cheat Sheet was made for students to focus on the basic fraction to percent, to decimal conversions. I would have the students memorize it andquiz them on it the following week.
For help with students who are struggling comparing fractions, decimals, andpercents. Includes an example for students to follow, place value tables for easy comparisons, and an answer key. Numbers are similar to each other to increase difficulty level.
Math facts practice should involve more than just speed and memorization. This game helps students practice math facts while also promoting an understanding of how multiplication works. In Array Tetris, they roll two dice. They then form an array based on the two numbers they rolled, and strategically place the array on the bottom of the grid (as in Tetris). This worksheet invovles a number of ways to compare and order numbers. It even has a section at the end of the worksheet to cut out numbers and glue onto the boxes already prepared on the worksheet. Students will have the opportunity to set up numbers in order, use < > = symbols, increase or decrease numbers, and problem solve to fill in blanks. An ANSWER KEY is provided.
