Use this as a quiz or independent practice on multiplication and division fact families as well as word problems. It's a Google Doc file so you can edit the word problems if you'd like! The last problem has my name in it because my kids always find it funny when I add a word problem like that. Keep it or change it for your own class!
These are the perfect reading logs for 2026 ReadBowl! I find that the logs provided on the website for the competition are a little difficult to follow. I created these with all corresponding dates for all 4 quarters. I did change the dates of Quarter 1 to make it easier for due dates for my students due to MLK Day. I do not combine the “Home” minutes and “School“ minutes on one log. I don’t want students having to bring the log back and forth each day. Instead, I print 1 log for students to ke
I use these print outs as well as a large bulletin board in my classroom to have an exciting Reading Superbowl! It's a great way to get students back into the habit of reading at home each night. In my classroom, I create a football field on a bulletin board and then I place my class into 2 teams. Those teams then work together to come up with a team name and team colors. They color their football player (attached in this download) and then place them on the bulletin board for the month. Each mo
Get ready to have an exciting Reading Superbowl! It's a great way to get students back into the habit of reading at home each night. In my classroom, I create a football field on a bulletin board and then I place my class into 2 teams. This download is for teachers who would rather save the time and just use a digital bulletin board through Google Slides. Each morning that I check their football reading logs (which you can access from my other listing "Readin Superbowl") they are able to move t

This is the number of the day sheet I mention in my morning work slide description. On Mondays, we have Mental Math Monday where students go in their binder to find this paper in a sheet protector. They use an expo marker and magic eraser to work with the number for that day. This could also be used in a variety of ways.
I can't wait to use these for the first week of school! Perfect way to have students share what they did all summer in a laid back way. Just print, let your students work, and then display in your room!! :)
I am connecting desk pets to my Class Dojo store this year with this Pet Shop. This file includes the price tags, desk pet agreement, and desk pet adoption certificates.
This is the perfect way to incorporate financial literacy into your Class Dojo management. My students receive a paycheck each Friday worth their points earned for that week. They can then choose to spend at the Dojo store or save to buy something more expensive the following week!
I absolutely LOVE using collaborative class journals for a writing center. I use these in my 2nd grade classroom for Daily 5 writing. It is SO easy to maintain your writing center by teaching your students how to use the journals and then just letting them write! This product has Fall, Winter, and Spring/Summer labels. I will put each label on a composition book and the best part is you only have to change your writing center 3 TIMES throughout the entire school year!!!! There is a total of 38 w
I use these Google Slides in person on my Smartboard and also virtually during our Zoom meeting on Wednesday since my school is using a HYBRID model due to COVID. It works great both ways. It is interactive for in person students to use with the Smartboard. I also made a copy for each of my remote students to use each morning on their own. The Slides include: - days in school with ten frames, counters, and base ten blocks - number of the day (even/odd, ten more/ten less/one more/one less, tally
Whether you are teaching remotely or not - VIRTUAL CLASSROOMS ARE THE BEST! This Google Slides presentation includes a main classroom (home page), important links page, and a library page. I will continue to update it as my school year gets closer. I did include links for websites and back to school books on both pages! UPDATED 9/30 Now includes links to Art for Kids Hub videos, Fall classroom, Mystery Science videos, and Halloween read alouds. **WILL CONTINUE TO UPDATE**
This freebies includes a planning page and publishing page for the poem. This is a great product to use when first introducing similes/figurative language to younger grades. All your students will have to do is come up with a word to go with the color word. "A rainbow is as red as an apple." This could be turned into a wonderful craftivity if you pair it with the Art for Kids Hub video "How to Draw a Rainbow (for young artists)"
This is a quick writing prompt to practice opinion writing for Groundhogs Day. I uploaded 2 versions for the 2 different opinions: see his shadow for a longer winter OR does not see his shadow for spring to come early! I have also uploaded a sheet for publishing.
BUMP is always a favorite math center so it has been sad not to offer it to my class because of germs! BUT COVID can't stop this teacher so I made it digital! Students can play each other virtually while staying in their seats which means no germs! PLUS once COVID craziness comes to an end you can print to use as math centers, too. I made multiple kinds of boards depending on student levels. They range from 2 dice to 4 dice games. Just give your students the dice in a small container (avoids the
