This Cheat Sheet was made for students to focus on the basic fraction to percent, to decimal conversions. I would have the students memorize it andquiz them on it the following week.
This quick, one page, double-sided quiz offers a quick review of the process of adding fractions. Ideally, you would use this as a quick check for understanding after having taught some of the basic vocabulary and process for adding fractions with like and unlike denominators. Most of the questions are built around correct use of terminology to help students become used to using the words and understanding when are where they are to be used.

Fractions andpercent drives fifth grade crazy. I have designed a powerpoint for explaining percents using a thermometer. Much like the common core number line concept, the thermometer compares 100 percent to a whole number and then breaks the number into smaller pieces. I used the model to teach fifth grade math, however, it also speaks to both 6th and 7th grade numeracy standards. This is the second in the series. This download is the problem and resources only. No explanation is given f
Just a fun sheet that the students can use to identify some equivalent fractions, decimals andpercents. My 7th grade students enjoyed the beach theme and yes- they enjoyed coloring the sheet afterwards.
This foldable can be used in multiple ways. I chose to use it to review fractions, equivalent fractions, & converting fractions to decimals & percents. I included a key of how it was used in my classroom but this can be personalized to fit your needs. This is a great resource for Interactive Math Notebooks. Feedback is appreciated! Please use the Ask a Question feature in TPT too! Thanks!
