Addition and Subtraction Practice with Color Coded Graph Paper!
It’s tricky to teach students the importance of lining up digits by place value. It’s also tough reminding them to check their work afterwards! My students use this paper to solve both their addition and subtraction problems. I find that having different colored graph paper help them pay closer attention to the operation they are solving. There is a PDF version with examples, and a PDF version without the examples. The PDF version with examples shows students how to check their work. I hope that
