Unplugged Programming Activity Beebot

Students can use these worksheets to write unplugged programs for a robot that works just like the Bee-Bots. The robot must navigate a path to an item while avoiding other items. The worksheets range in difficulty from easy (only requiring a few steps) to more complex (more than one path is available to use). Mini robot pictures are included that can be printed and cut out for your students to use as a manipulative to help them decide which way the robot needs to turn. Answers are included.

Programming & Math: Get into programming by starting with your TI-83 or 84

A friend got me hooked... gave me one little program, I started reading the manual to figure out how to do more with programs. It's great for students who have an interest in programming, also for students who get done fast or want something more to do. Of course I do not give them programs that do what we are currently learning, just for what we've already learned. If you've got some high achievers I hope they have as much fun with this as I did. Pretty awesome, some of the things you can do

Manipulating TinkerCAD Shapes Online STEM (3D Printing)

TinkerCAD is a fantastic FREE online 3D modeling program that can be run using your web browser.  Your students can make VERY complex and sophisticated 3D designs using TinkerCAD, but where do you start?  The best way to start designing in TinkerCAD is to learn how to move, resize and change the geometric solids in the Basic Shapes menu.  Did you know that you can make an octahedron out of the box shape, just by changing the values in the shape's radius menu?  Download this comprehensive set of
