IXL Incentive Tracker Chart
I made this to go with the studywise plan section of IXL. As students work on what they need to prepare for the end-of-year test, they can move up the whole group chart or keep track on the individual trackers. I plan on using the whole group chart to show progress and attempts and have the students track actual proficiency and mastery on their individual trackers. It's also editable in all aspects to customize to your specific needs. :)
