Color coded, chevron pattern, 1-100 numbers board, cards
These cards are 3 inches wide and 2.5 inches tall. The borders are color coded (fives, evens, tens) with solid black numbers 1-100. The colors used for the borders are blue, yellow, green, and grey. A nice large font was used for easy visibility. It will be best to print on cardstock then have laminated for durability.

Printable place value chart up to millions. The color coding assists students having difficulty with distinguishing between place values and helps keep them focused. Great visual aid for students with vision issues.

QR Code Place Value
This activity will allow students to use technology to practice place value to the hundred thousands. Using QR codes that have been placed around the room, the students will scan them and be given a number in word form. They must read the number and record the number in standard form and in expanded form on the answer document provided.
This can be used as a center, independent work, or small group review.

Place Value Chart with Color Coding
This is a basic place value chart from ones to millions with commas and color coding for each value. For best use tape into math notebooks with clear tape to create a dry-erase surface. Students can use chart with dry-erase markers to practice saying big numbers. Especially useful with Special Education students who need extra practice writing bigger numbers with commas. When introducing to Special Education students, the teacher can associate each color with each place value.

100 Decibel Decimals
This worksheet reviews the placement of decimals and place value through an original graphic organizer which features a speaker and color-coded sound waves. The lesson is one page which was designed to be printed in color. It should take about 15-20 minutes to complete, a fun filler which is not all play and no work. Texas standards and a simple guide to this lesson's use are provided on the second page.
