When we take deep breathes we work to slow our heart rate down which, in response, begins to decrease our other stress responses. Self-Monitoring Behavior Charts
Two different levels of self-monitoring behavior charts.
How to use:
I sit down with each student and we chose 4 behaviors to monitor throughout the day. They also chose the reinforcer they will be working towards if they earn the necessary points.
After each segment, a paraprofessional or myself review if they met this expectation. At the end of day, if they earned enough points then they get their reward!

This student behavior notice can be used as a way to inform parents of the choices their child is making inside the classroom.
