Weekly Behavior Reflection Report / Parent Communication
Sometimes our students need a little extra help and support. These weekly behavior reports can be used to assist you with providing students and parents with quick feedback.
Simply print the chart. Then the number of stars or the word that describes the student's day (Excellent, Great, Good, O.K., or Challenging). Student Led Conference Agenda
