Quiz and Test Parent Communication Slip
This is something that I experimented with last year in teaching. A lot of times I would send home assessments to keep the parents in the loop of how their child was doing in class and what grades to expect. Well, I was coming to the conclusion that those assessments were not getting home, particularly the ones that were not so hot on the grading scale.
