This is a checklist that is color coded by quarter. When you teach the standard, then check it off the list. You can also mark it as a need to review before testing or after a quiz. It won't upload correctly so I am making it free! When you download this it should have the standards on the sheet with columns color coded for each standard.

Imperial Measurement Code - 16th of an Inch, 12 Corny Joke Worksheets!
Students measure the line segments to the nearest 16th of an inch and use the code legend to decipher the punchline to the corny joke on their worksheet. Each of the 12 worksheets is different, so you don't need to worry about students simply copying the answer. The line segments on the worksheets actually print out to be the real-life size (print letter size: 8.5x11 format). Integer Operations Task Cards using QR Codes
Students can work alone or in a group. This is also a great assignment to take home. Students can practice their skills, then check their answers using the QR Code. After they complete their task cards, they can check their answers by using a QR reader from either their smart phone or IPAD. QR Reader Apps can be downloaded from the App Store. These cards are 3 inches wide and 2.5 inches tall. The borders are color coded (fives, evens, tens) with solid black numbers 1-100. The colors used for the borders are blue, yellow, green, and grey. A nice large font was used for easy visibility. It will be best to print on cardstock then have laminated for durability.

QR Codes for Determining Parallel and Perpendicular Lines
These 12 QR codes (given in a PPT format) can be printed and hung around the room for students to scan using any device. The codes lead to multiple choice questions where the students have to determine if the equations given are parallel, perpendicular, or neither based on their prior knowledge of slope. If answered correctly, the multiple choice answers spell ALGEBRA ROCKS.

This rubric may be used to grade a student graphing project. Students select a topic, survey the class, make a tally chart, and create a bar graph to show their data.

QR Code - 2-digit by 2-digit multiplication
This item requires a technology device that scans QR codes. The first page is a list of 10 2-digit by 2-digit multiplication problems. There is a line for the answer and another line to write which QR codes matches the answer. There are 10 QR codes (3 pages). Each QR codes is the answer to one of the multiplication problems. The QR codes number matches the number of the problem (i.e., QR #1 is the answer to question #1).
