Investigating density with Shrinky Dinks
Investigation of density using shrinky dink plastic. Using Shrinky Dinks (polyethylene - recycling code 5) to practice density measurements and calculations as well as conservation of mass. I like the shrink film from "Grafix" company and cut the sheets into quarters for this activity. This is a student favorite because even though they are doing math and learning the concept, they get to keep the finished product.
