It always assess GCF, LCM, simplifying fractions, and changing from mixed to improper, and improper to mixed numbers. It is designed to serve as a check up/quiz to see where students need support. It comes as a word document so that allows you to add on if you prefer it as a test or have a specific problem in mind!
