Transformation Task Cards with QR Codes
Transformation Task Cards include 20 questions that are complete with QR Codes that students can scan with a QR Code reader on a wireless device (iPad, tablet, cell phone, etc.) to check answers.

This is a two-part project. There is a sample rubric attached as well as a sample of student work.
Part 1: Students will graph a piecewise function with 20 intervals using constant, linear, absolute value, and quadratic functions. Once graphed, the picture will look like an animal that they can recognize if they completed it correctly.

Here I have 3 similar worksheets for graphing sight words. The sheets are differentiated for low, middle and high ability. The students have to find all of the same sight word, colour code it and then fill in their graph with the correct amount.
This is a fantastic activity for getting students to make a graph and they are learning sight words at the same time!
This opens in MS Word so that you can change the sight words if you wish.
