Here is a free sample 5.OA.1-4 and 5.NBT.1-4. There are 4 math menus with 6 differentiatied activities on each menu (24 activities in all). Give one math menu at a time to students at mastery for these clusters after whole class teaching and assessing these objectives. Allow students to choose 1-3 activities while you pull a small group of learners not yet at mastery and reteach these skills over the course of 2-3 days. This is an EDITABLE version of my equation matching cards. Like the free product,this product is a set of cards in which students are given a word problem to match with a corresponding equation. Students can then solve the equations to answer the word problems. However, with the Microsoft Word document, you are free to change student names and question numbers to suit your classroom needs.
