I am currently in my 20th year of teaching. My experience ranges from elementary Life Skills, Special Education Resource, and Middle School Inclusion/Intervention Learning Specialist. Overall my experience and expertise is in providing interventions and engaging resources for students who typically struggle.
Teaching style
Everyone can learn! My job is to provide ways for students to learn no matter what their individual struggles are and to build on their strengths, also known as Universal Design for Learning. My favorite resources have been inspired by students, such as my Solve and Draw line. I love using tech and student strengths to help support and engage students.
