Some of my students find the 'Racing-T' visual to be more their speed:)Production of /s/ with oral airflow can sometimes be promoted by introducing it as a "long T" sound. Have Jack produce a stretched /t-t-t-tsssss/ (e.g., "long T" sound) to help achieve forward airflow and correct placement for /s/ production. I use this visual to teach the Stretchy-T strategy for /s/ while adding a fun, racing-themed twist. Use small toy cars with the visual for more SSSSPEEDY fun.

I love a good sorting activity to teach basic concepts! This activity comes with real photos to make these concepts more concrete for your students.
