I am in my 10th year of teaching, and things are always changing. I have taught grades 3rd - 8th, mostly Science and Math.
Teaching style
As a teacher I try to make my lessons as entertaining and engaging as I possibly can, even though that is not always the case. I try to instill in my students that they must always respect one another even if they have a difference of opinions. I want my students to leave my class at the end of the year knowing that they are capable of doing amazing things. I am a super clumsy and always making mistakes and I make sure to point them out and correct them so that my students know it is okay to make mistakes.

I was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. I love hiking, traveling and sitting at home reading books. I am married and have three four legged children.
