This lesson was made for teachers that do not mind providing a small performance for the classroom. For me, this meant getting in a very simple costume, using a couple of props, getting in character, and looking a bit silly. You may alter the interview as you like.
In this lesson, the students act as the media as they interview a member of the Sons of Liberty (the teacher). The press would like to know about the Sons of Liberty and Boston Tea Party.

S4E4. Students will analyze weather charts/maps and collect weather data to predict weather events and infer patterns and seasonal changes.
d. Differentiate between weather and climate.
This product includes a PowerPoint slideshow with a few jokes, funny pictures, and interesting sayings, intended to help keep students' attention.
The last slide shows a short handout that can be used as a formative assessment or for the students to practice distinguishing weather from climate.
Song was used while teaching the GA standard:

b. Using a weather map, identify the fronts, temperature, and precipitation and use the
information to interpret the weather conditions.
