This is a short assessment that can be used for multiple levels of students. Topics include solving one and two step equations. This is a word document so feel free to edit. Enjoy!
These are the guided notes that I use to introduce finding slope from two ordered pairs notes. These notes can be used with lower levels to introduce or for higher levels as a simple review. There are also rules for the different types of slopes that can occur.
There are also homework assignments available for sale.

These are guided notes that I use with my students to work on concepts of determining if functions are even, odd, or neither. First the students go through the process of determining these characteristics about graphs and then they learn how to prove this information algebraically as well.
There is also a practice assignment available for sale in my store.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

This file contains an activity that I use with my students to practice solving rational inequalities as well as writing their answers in interval notation. There are 8 different cards to place around the room. Students go to the next card based on their answer. If they complete it correctly, they will arrive back where they started. There is a sheet for students to record their answers as well as an answer key provided. Please let me know if you have any questions! Enjoy!
These are guided notes that I use at the beginning of our quadratic unit. These notes show students that basic key features of a graph of quadratics. There is a vocabulary section for students to define the key terms and also to locate them on a graph. It is a word document. Feel free to edit. Enjoy!
These are guided notes that I use to introduce multiplying polynomials to my students. In the first few examples, I guide them through box methods. Once they have completed a few, I allow them to choose which method they prefer. Students enjoy having the choice and decided their own learning path.

This is a card sort activity where students will be matching up cards that they cut out. They are given the first 4 terms in a sequence and have to find the next 3 terms, the common difference or ratio, the explicit formula, the recursive formula, and a random term. This is a great practice to get away from traditional worksheets. Please let me know if you have any questions. Enjoy!
This file contains 16 examples where students will have to organize them under causation, correlation, and strong/weak positive/negative. You can laminate and use as a class set or students can create their own.

This is a quick scavenger hunt that I do with my students after we have introduced addition, subtraction and multiplication. My students always do fine on each section but then get confused when the two are combined. This extra practice helps them out. An answer key in included as well as an answer sheet. Enjoy!
This is a great activity to get the kids up and moving. I like it because it allows them to immediately know when they have made a mistake as they will not be able to follow the correct path. All systems will be solved using the substitution method. There is a sheet for students to record their answers as well as an answer key included.
These are notes that I use to introduce one step equations to my lower level students or as a quick review for my higher level students. This is a word document so feel free to edit as needed.
This is a review that I use at the end of the Stat unit. Questions are multiple choice and require some higher level thinking with comparing and contrast. Topics include: mean, median, mode, mean absolute deviation, box and whisker plots, line of best fit, and correlation coefficients. There is an answer sheet provided where students can write their answers as well as an answer key. This is a word document so feel free to edit as needed.
This is an assessment that I use after studying arithmetic and geometric sequences. It is a combination of short answer, multiply choice, and a discussion question. Students are required to find the common difference or ratio, find the next three terms, identify the explicit and recursive formulas and find a random term.
Enjoy!
This is a great self checking activity that allows the students practice for multiplying and dividing rational expressions. The puzzle creates a 3 x 3 box where students line up the answers with the problems. You can print and laminate the puzzle to use for multiple classes or students can cut out and paste to paper. Either way - its a great alternative to a practice worksheet. Please let me know if you have any questions. Enjoy!
This is a set of task cards that I use for my students to review factoring. Types of factoring included are: factoring trinomials, difference of perfect squares, the sum and difference of perfect cubes, and factoring by grouping. There is a sheet included to record the answers and an answer key has been provided. Please let me know if you have any questions. Enjoy!
This file contains 100 multiply choice questions that I created to prepare my students for the Algebra EOC. I have used this resource many different ways. Some years, students complete a few sheets each day. Other years, we have done some of these together. I have assigned certain numbers for homework and used other numbers for warmup questions. How to use these 100 questions is totally up to you. There is an answer key included so all of the work is done for you. There are other EOC Algebra res
These are notes that I use at the beginning of my unit on Characteristics of Functions. These notes guide the students through vocabulary and introduce them to the Vertical Line test, mapping diagrams, finding domain and range from discrete and continuous graphs. There is also a homework sheet available.
These are notes that I use to introduce end behavior to my students. This is part of our function unit, so examples include questions about domain, range, and whether or not the relation is a function. This is a word document so feel free to edit. Enjoy!
These are notes that I use to introduce graphing in vertex form. They are guided notes that allow you for work through examples with your students. There is also a homework assignment that accompanies this lesson available for purchase. This file is a word document so feel free to edit as needed. Enjoy!
This is the final exam that I have used for the second semester of Algebra II. There are 30 multiple choice questions that I counted for 2 pts a piece and 8 short answer questions that counted for 5 points a piece.
