This FREE resource can be used to help students practice simplifying and performing operations with radicals. I used this in my classroom as an exit ticket for students. I put them in groups of 4 and each member is responsible for solving one problem. They have to get the problem checked by me to make sure their answers are correct. If they have one incorrect, the person who completed that problem has to find and fix their mistake. Check out my other resources!
This quiz was created for an honors math 6 class, but could also be used in a math 7 or general math 6 classroom. This quiz includes questions about proportions, including multiple word problems. The document is in the form of a Google Doc, so it is completely editable, and the answer key is included on page 3 of the document.
