Follow the hijinks of Pepper, Sedgewick and Truffles in the science lab room. Use the sort and worksheet to see how they are both safe and unsafe in the science lab. The sort has 20 examples, 10 safe and 10 unsafe. Students will sort the 20 pieces into two piles, safe and unsafe. The worksheet contains highlighted answers. The zip files comes with a pdf copy and a word document. This can be used in a science center or with partner work.

The third is a compare and contrast for prokaryotic and prokaryotic cells. Each of the three come with an answer key and come with two per sheet, easy to print, cut and hand out to students.

A vocabulary sort for variables, manipulated variable, responding variable, controlled variables and hypothesis. There are four different sets, each set has the vocabulary word, definition and example. The document can be edited and is ready to use in the classroom.
